One of the best ways to maintain your routine is by journaling the process. You can journal each step along the way, such as the date you started, the types of exercises you did and your progress from week to week. It doesn’t necessarily mean you will lose weight. Perhaps after the first week you simply feel more energized. Maybe your skin looks more vibrant because you’re drinking additional water.
